Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of the Lucky Scoop — a surprise beauty bundle containing personal-use cosmetic and beauty products — returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not available once the order is placed.
Each Scoop is packed as a surprise assortment, and product combinations may vary from order to order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the package and products
- A brief description of the issue
After review, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Refunds (If Approved)
If a refund is approved for an eligible issue:
- It will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be sent to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via UPI or bank transfer
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by our error (wrong or damaged order).
